Founded in 1994 and incorporated in 1997,  Jacqueline Black & Associates, Ltd. provides consulting and financial services to both individuals and businesses and specializes in small business and individual tax returns. Here at JB&A, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and dedication to our clients; regardless of the extent of their needs, each client will receive excellent service. The accounting, tax preparation, and other financial services we provide are tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring the best possible results and maximizing returns. Our firm remains on the cutting edge of tax law and financial trends. We are well-informed and continually adapting to the ever-changing world of tax law and accounting.  Jacqueline Black is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. 

Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University and immediately became CPA certified. Her extensive experience and expertise in tax law is greatly beneficial to the firm. She provides her clients with creative planning and business strategies, advice regarding business operations, bank loan negotiations, automation of financial records, installation of inventory tracking systems, and many other types of guidance to help better their financial positions.
 

Jacqueline is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and actively participates in many community activities. She has volunteered for the McHenry County Economic Development Commission and Fox Lake Economic Development Committee as well as many other charitable organizations including the American Legion Auxiliary, Grant Community High School Gala Committee, and the Midwest Veterans Closet.
